Nestled in the wilds of West Virginia, the Summit Bechtel Reserve is an expansive 10,600-acre property boasting world-class facilities, scenic views, lodging, and recreational activities that are second to none. Adjacent to the New River Gorge National River, more than 13 miles of the property borders the park, giving attendees 70,000 acres of managed wilderness beyond the Summit property.
The Country Roads Grand Bash will give away over $650,000 in Cash & Prizes on our Main Raffle ticket, and we will also have tons of side raffles and opportunities to win big!
Whether you want to try the Big Zip Line, try your luck at fishing, visit the Skeet Range or indoor Laser Range, hike the miles of trails, or even take an ATV guided tour, multiple opportunities exist for you to have fun!
Campers will be allowed to arrive on Thursday Aug 18 and setup in a pre-designated spot for your tent, camper, or RV. All details on camping and other stays on property and off are available on our lodging page. There is PLENTY of room for all who want to camp!
Friday night we will be kicking off the Country Roads Grand Bash with The Marshall Tucker Band welcomed by WTNJ. Your Country Roads Friday Day Pass, Kickoff Kash, & Primitive Campers with a Summit Main Raffle Ticket includes the concert! Tickets will be available for general public purchasing soon!
As the Summit Bechtel Reserve sits adjacent to the New River Gorge National River, more than 13 miles of the property borders the newly designated National Park, providing opportunities for white water rafting, New River Gorge bridge walks, and so much more!
The Country Roads Grand Bash primary partner is PACE Enterprises, whose mission is to help people with disabilities obtain meaningful employment. We also support numerous other WV charities through our efforts to help out while making a difference
Sponsorship dollars and proceeds from this event will continue to fund Mission for Miracles’ work by supporting medical facilities that treat neurological conditions (i.e., spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, chronic traumatic encephalopathy, Alzheimer’s) and recovery research facilities.
These dollars will also contribute to the economical growth of Southern West Virginia by helping people with disabilities find meaningful employment through our partnership with PACE Enterprises, LLC and will support local nonprofit’s efforts to focus on the building blocks for a good quality of life: health, education, and financial stability.
